All products offered by A Bit Rude LLC are custom-made based on customer-provided specifications. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all submitted details, including designs, text, and product selections, are accurate, complete, and final. You acknowledge that these specifications form the sole basis for production.
Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified, canceled, or reversed. You expressly acknowledge that custom products are created specifically for you and cannot be resold, repurposed, or reassigned, and therefore are not eligible for cancellation or return outside limited exceptions defined in our policies.
You further acknowledge that minor variations in production, including differences in color, alignment, or material appearance, are inherent to custom manufacturing processes and do not constitute defects or grounds for dispute.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where information is incomplete, payment is declined or unauthorized, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using approved payment methods.
By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You agree to pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and fees.
Failure to complete payment or disputes initiated without valid grounds may result in cancellation of orders, restriction of access, and further action as permitted under these Terms.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Return Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined in those policies.
Refunds and returns are strictly limited due to the custom nature of our products. Exceptions apply only in cases of verified defects, production errors, or fulfillment mistakes as defined in those policies.

You grant A Bit Rude LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your submitted content.

Our total aggregate liability, under any circumstances, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
